Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately we are not able to at this time. However, if you are located in Kingston, ON, send me an email (support@vixxenclothing.com) with your order # and I'd be happy to refund your shipping charges!

I am local and would like to try on the clothes first.

As the boutique is run out of my home, I am not able to offer this service at this time. However, I do have a great return/exchange policy if you're unhappy with your order in any way. 

I have multiple coupon codes. Can I use them on the same order?

No. You can only use one coupon code per order. Coupon codes must also be entered at the time of purchase - I cannot adjust the order once it has been placed.

The product I want is out of stock in my size. Do you restock? 

Stock is brought into my boutique in limited quantities. What's available today may be gone by tomorrow. I do try to restock popular items, but can't guarantee any restocks due to availability from the supplier.

Can I exchange my product?

You can exchange for a different size if needed, but if you would like a different item you will need to return your original purchase and make a new order for the other item that you want. Please read my returns policy for information on how to make a return. Due to the limited stock and sizes that my boutique offers, I can't guarantee that the size or product you'd like to exchange for will be in stock.

When will my regular in stock item ship if I ordered a pre-ordered item as well?

If you have ordered regular stock pieces and a pre-order at the same time, your order will all ship together once the pre-order arrives.

Do you have a store front?

At this time we are an online business only.

I need to change my shipping address?

You can absolutely change your shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Just send me an email (support@vixxenclothing.com) with your order # and the correct shipping address ASAP.

Why didn't I get a paper receipt with my order?

To save paper I do not include a paper receipt. Please save your emailed order confirmations.
